What is home delivery?

For print subscribers, we deliver your print newspaper to your home every week.

When do I get my paper? How long does it take to deliver?

Delivery times will vary based on where you live (e.g. urban or rural area). We publish our newspaper every Thursday. Your first paper may take up to 15 business to arrive, and after that you should regularly receive your newspaper within a few business days after we publish.

Occasionally, there may be minor delays due to special circumstances such as weather or holidays.

How do you deliver?

We use reliable third-party distributors in many major metropolitan areas, and Canada Post everywhere else.

Where do I get my paper?

Depending on the delivery method, you may receive your newspaper on your porch, or in your mailbox every week.

If you live in an apartment building, your newspaper may be left in the front lobby to comply with each building's COVID-19 regulations.

What if my paper is late or missing?

Please contact us right away if your paper is late, so we can re-deliver your paper! The earlier you let us know, the faster we can re-deliver.

What if my home requires special delivery instructions?

Please let us know when you subscribe, or contact us at any time about special delivery instructions. We'd love to help!

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address online by following these instructions or by contacting us. We're more than happy to help!

Can I pause delivery?

Going on vacation, moving, or just need to stop your subscription delivery for a while? Please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Let us know which day you would like to pause delivery, and which day to resume.
