How am I billed? How can I renew my subscription?

Your subscription is renewed automatically and your payment method will be automatically billed at the end of your subscription period.

If we are not able to charge your payment method certain amount of time after renewal, your subscription may be discontinued.

 

When am I billed? When does my subscription renew?

You can find your next renewal/billing date in your account and on your invoice. You can find your billing history and invoices in your account by following these instructions.

 

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, we accept cheques except for monthly subscriptions. If you pay by cheque, you are responsible for mailing a cheque to our office before your next renewal or your subscription may be discontinued.

We do encourage subscribers to pay by card for their convenience and to avoid any interruptions in their subscriptions.
