How am I billed? How can I renew my subscription?

All subscriptions renew automatically and the payment will be due and charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. 

We will try to charge your payment method and collect payment, and will contact you by email and/or phone to let you know. If we are still unable able to collect payment a certain amount of time after renewal, your subscription may be discontinued.

You can find your next renewal/billing date in your account and on your invoice. You can find your billing history and invoices in your account by following these instructions.

 

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, we accept cheques for regular plans except for monthly subscriptions. If you pay by cheque, you are responsible for mailing a cheque to our office before your next renewal or your subscription may be discontinued.

We do encourage subscribers to pay by card for their convenience and to avoid any interruptions in their subscriptions.
