Download our app on the App Store (Apple) or the Play Store (Android) by clicking here.

 

Subscribe

You can subscribe on our website at ReadEpoch.ca

It is also now possible to subscribe in the app. What's the difference? When you subscribe in the app, your app subscription is managed by the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android), and not by The Epoch Times. When you subscribe on our website, your subscription is managed by The Epoch Times, so our customer service team can provide more comprehensive support for you.

 

Create a new account

Please note: if you already have a Free or paid digital account with The Epoch Times, there's no need to follow this step: simply go ahead and Log in

 

If you want to access The Epoch Times content on other devices, starting in app you will need to create an account by tapping on the profile icon at the top-left, then tap Welcome to The Epoch Times, then scroll down and tap create one and follow the prompts.

Log in

To log in to your account on the mobile app, tap the Log in or create a free account button.

Manage Account Settings

Once you are signed in, to manage your account, tap on the profile icon. Within the app, there are two places to check subscription details, change your display name, password, notification settings and more.

If you don't find what you're looking for, log in to your account at TheEpochTimes.com using a browser on your computer or mobile, and click on your account (top right corner) to manage your account settings.

If you need to change your email, you will need to contact us because this concerns how your account is synchronized across all your devices.

 

Manage mobile notifications

Go to your Settings & More tab in your profile and tap Notifications to manage what kind of notifications you want to receive.

Billing and cancellation

If you subscribed through our website, you can log in to your account at TheEpochTimes.com using a browser on your computer or mobile, and click on your account (top right corner) to manage billing. To cancel your subscription free of charge, please call our customer service at 1-800-766-0157.

 

If you subscribed via the app, tap on the profile icon then go to your My Profile by selecting Edit, and tap Manage Subscription. You will be taken to the App Store or Play Store subscriptions page, where you can manage your subscription billing and renewal or cancellation.

If you would like to change your subscription (for example: to a subscription that also includes a hardcopy print newspaper), please contact us and our customer service team will be more than happy to help you!
